Outform helped Sonos create an interactive audio experience for consumers. Occupying a Studio room within Best Buy’s Magnolia Home Theater section, this shop-in-shop solution aimed to captivate customers through sensory engagement to enhance their shopping journey. 

This setup included a high-end shop-in-shop area with three walls of products, allowing shoppers to engage with audio using tablets to navigate the showroom. 

An extensive range of products was featured throughout the room, including turntables, amps, speakers, TVs, and more. Outform created a diverse set of custom display elements, such as a range of wooden display furniture, specific product displays, wall panels, and acrylic lettering and logos. Three showrooms were installed at Best Buy stores in Oregon, New Jersey, and Nevada. 

For those shopping for audio technology, the in-store experience must mirror the quality of the products they seek. Through the creation of this interactive set up, Outform enabled Sonos to redefine consumer engagement in retail, providing shoppers with the opportunity to personally experience the exceptional quality of their products.
