Samsung challenged us to create an immersive experience zone within Heathrow Airport’s InMotion Terminal 5 store. This experience zone transported busy travelers out of the stressful airport environment and allowed them to recharge, reset, and reconnect with the brand’s latest Galaxy offerings.

Outform created a series of auditory chambers within the space to demonstrate the superior quality of Samsung’s Buds. As the traveler stepped into this zone, they were welcomed by three sections highlighting the earbuds’ active noise-canceling and ambient features through a hyper-directional soundscape.

Using lift-and-learn technology, travelers can experience the features of the Galaxy Watch 5 by listening to their bodies while the smartwatch measures their blood oxygen levels.

Along the store wall, interactive screens showed the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 & Flip4, where shoppers flipped the phone up and close to demonstrate its distinctive attributes.

Included in the experience, Outform Group’s retail technology component, PodDrop, captures foot traffic and distributes promotional items such as free earplugs and branded eye masks. It also offers the opportunity for passengers to win Galaxy Buds2 and the Galaxy Z Series Smartphone through the simple scan of a QR code.

The Samsung Experience provides busy travelers with a way to connect with the renowned brand in a fun, immersive, and innovative way.
