Ray-Ban partnered with social media giant Facebook (now Meta) to create the newest lineup of smart glasses: Ray-Ban Stories. This new tech wearable captures first-person photos and videos with a simple button click. The uniqueness of the product features the classic style and shape of Ray-Ban sunglasses with the innovative technology of Facebook’s internal software.
To unveil the company’s first generation of smart glasses, Outform Group was tasked to design and develop a family of interactive displays to be part of the marketing and communication campaign for their product launch.
The fixtures featured an LED infinity mirror that changed animation once the glasses were lifted off the display, a touch-screen tablet for customer education, and product shelves allowing shoppers to try on the smart glasses in person.
Through continuous communication with the client and vendors, Outform Group was able to manufacture a fantastic retail display that showcases all of the product’s capabilities.
