Delta Faucets set out to enhance its visual merchandising, focusing on brand storytelling, high product density, and showroom impact. Outform was selected to develop a solution that addressed key challenges: Delta’s Collections Merchandising needed a streamlined design for better clarity, while Brizo’s displays required a bold visual presence. Both brands also sought improved Plan-O-Gram integrity and greater holding capacity. 

Outform’s answer was the Place and Learn Experience, an interactive merchandising system designed to engage shoppers, designers, and showroom associates. This experience allows customers to physically interact with Delta and Brizo products, experiment with configurations, and explore complementary items in an immersive retail setting. Beyond shopper engagement, it serves as a helpful tool for showroom associates, enabling them to guide customers more effectively. 

With modular sections for flexible layouts, this system is rolling out to hundreds of stores, reshaping the kitchen and bath retail experience. Additionally, a mobile experience for Delta’s kitchen fixtures was implemented. Shoppers can scan a QR code to launch a guided 3D walkthrough of Delta’s Touch 2 0® Technology, offering an interactive way to learn about its functionality.
