Outform returned to the VM & Display Show in London for our second year, bringing fresh energy and a clear focus on the beauty and fashion space. As the UK’s leading trade show for visual merchandising and retail display, the event draws some of the most influential brands and retailers from across the UK and Northern Europe.
Our booth brought our THINK / MAKE / RUN approach to life, creating opportunities for hands-on exploration and meaningful dialogue. Leading the conversation was our new Merit x Sephora C1 fixture. With Merit’s UK launch generating major buzz, the display became a launchpad for discussions around scalable design, material efficiency, and high-performing shelf presence.
Our YSL Flower, originally part of the Flowers & Flames pop-up, was another highlight. This playful, interactive element invited visitors to rethink how bold brand architecture can be transformed into immersive retail theater, especially in a world shaped by social-first engagement.
We also spotlighted our Dynamix Pro unit, styled with Puma and rooted in our latest collaboration with the brand. It showed how we blend technology and storytelling to craft experiences that feel relevant, engaging, and grounded in real-world shopping behaviors.
On stage, Head of Insights & Strategy Hannah Abbasi and Account Director Sarah Skeete joined our client Crown Paints to share the story behind the award-winning Colour Tinting Wall. Designed to streamline the color selection process, the interactive wall reimagines how shoppers navigate choice and personalization in-store. The session sparked plenty of inspiration and highlighted the impact of experiential design.
From bold visuals to future-forward thinking, VM & Display Show 2025 was an energizing moment to connect, share, and shape what’s next in retail.
